AWBAPEX 14-Day Refund and Return Policy
At AWBAPEX, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day refund and return policy subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed (where applicable).
- Free from any damages caused by the customer.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Certain items are not eligible for returns:
- Perishable goods such as groceries.
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@awbapex.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your items back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as separate transactions. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Important Notes
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- AWBAPEX is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
- Unauthorized returns (items sent back without an RMA number) will not be accepted.
